1. Operator and acceptance
Panama City Insider is a business name used for the services described here by Phoenix Global Services LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"). Company correspondence address: Phoenix Global Services LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste 52818, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States, torsten@panamacityinsider.com. Services are primarily performed in Panama. The company address does not represent a customer-facing office in Wyoming.
These Terms apply to use of our website and to private services booked with us. A specific written booking confirmation or individually agreed proposal controls where it expressly differs from these Terms.
2. Services and professional boundaries
We offer private, personalized Panama City orientation and lifestyle information, which may include neighborhoods, daily living, infrastructure, transportation, healthcare access, shopping and housing considerations, subject to availability and applicable licensing requirements. The agreed scope is stated in the booking confirmation.
Our information is educational and based on observations and available sources. We are not acting as a lawyer, immigration adviser, tax adviser, financial adviser, licensed real estate broker or healthcare professional. We do not promise immigration outcomes, housing availability, investment performance or suitability of any neighborhood for a particular client. Clients should obtain advice from qualified independent professionals before making important decisions.
In-person itineraries, accompaniment and transportation, if offered, remain subject to applicable Panamanian permits, licensing and insurance requirements. We may revise or decline activities that cannot lawfully or safely be provided.
3. Requests, bookings and confirmation
Clients may request services by email or WhatsApp. An inquiry is not a confirmed booking. A reservation is confirmed only after we send an email or WhatsApp message confirming the date, starting time, meeting point, number of participants, agreed service, price and inclusions.
Please inform us in advance of relevant mobility or accessibility needs. Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars unless we expressly state otherwise. The booking confirmation identifies the price and what is included, such as meals, transfers or third-party admission fees. Any item not expressly included is the client’s responsibility.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due in cash at the beginning of the booked service. We do not require an advance payment or deposit under our current booking model. If other payment methods are introduced, we will disclose their terms before booking.
5. Cancellation, changes and refunds
You may cancel a booking at any time before the agreed service start time by notifying us via email or WhatsApp. Under our current no-deposit, cash-on-arrival model, no cancellation charge is payable for a cancellation received before the service begins.
Once the service has begun, the service fee is nonrefundable if you choose to end participation early, except where applicable law requires otherwise or we expressly agree to a refund. If you do not attend, no fee is due under the current no-prepayment model unless a different arrangement was expressly accepted in writing.
If we must cancel or materially change a service because of illness, unsafe conditions, legal restrictions or circumstances outside our reasonable control, we will offer rescheduling where practical. Any amount already paid for a service not provided will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
6. Safety and participant responsibilities
Please provide accurate booking details, follow reasonable safety instructions, and comply with local laws. Weather, traffic, walking conditions and public places may involve risks. You remain responsible for your personal belongings, travel documents and individual medical or insurance needs.
We may modify or discontinue an activity when necessary for safety or compliance. Nothing here excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Information and independent third parties
Prices, neighborhoods, local services, laws, rental availability and business hours can change. Information is provided in good faith but is not a guarantee.
If we refer you to independent providers or professionals, their services are governed by their own terms. We will disclose any material referral commission or financial relationship where relevant to a recommendation.
8. Website content and intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, our original text, photographs, guides and other materials are owned by or licensed to us. You may use them for personal, noncommercial purposes; republication or commercial reuse requires our prior permission.
9. Liability and consumer rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss caused by reliance on general orientation information, changes in local conditions or the acts of independent third parties. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for intentional wrongdoing, gross negligence, personal injury, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information obtained through our website, communications and services.
11. Changes
We may revise these Terms and post an updated effective date. Changes will not alter a confirmed booking retroactively without agreement or a legal requirement.
12. Governing law and disputes
12.1 Governing Law
These Terms and any agreement between you and Panama City Insider, operated by Phoenix Global Services LLC, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to Phoenix Global Services LLC and the services provided, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory laws or consumer protection provisions of another jurisdiction apply.
Because our in-person services are primarily performed in Panama, certain aspects of the services may be subject to mandatory laws and regulations of the Republic of Panama. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
12.2 Informal Resolution
If a dispute, concern, or complaint arises in connection with our services, we encourage you to contact us first so that we can attempt to resolve the matter directly and in good faith.

12.3 Courts and Jurisdiction
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, any legal proceeding shall be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction as determined under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms requires a customer to bring a claim in a jurisdiction other than one available to the customer under mandatory applicable consumer protection or other non-waivable law.
12.4 No Limitation of Mandatory Rights
Nothing in this Section 12, or elsewhere in these Terms, is intended to waive, restrict, or exclude any statutory or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived, restricted, or excluded.
